Services and pricing

Three phases, one engagement, priced so you know where you stand.

Every engagement starts with assessment and discovery. What gets built afterwards is decided by what that discovery finds, not by a product catalogue. Training runs alongside both, so capability grows in the team while the systems go in.

How an engagement runs

The shape of the commitment, before you ask.

01

One to two weeks of discovery

In depth discovery meetings, a full process breakdown and a clear picture of where the bottlenecks sit in your business. This is the work everything else is built on.

02

Typically three months on retainer

Engagements usually run on a three month retainer, adjusted to what your business actually requires. Long enough to build properly and see it adopted, short enough that you are never locked into something that is not working.

03

Everything written down

Baseline metrics, scope, deliverables and governance documents all exist on paper before implementation begins. Nothing is measured against memory.

The three phases in detail

01

Foundation and Governance

A structured assessment and discovery engagement that ends with a written, costed and prioritised view of where AI belongs in your business, and where it does not.

Assessment and discovery

£2,950

fixed price, plus VAT

Typically 1 to 2 weeks

  • Baseline metrics locked in writing The numbers as they stand today, agreed by both sides before a single change is made, so improvement can be measured rather than claimed.
  • Ideal customer profile and weighted scoring rubric Back tested against your real wins and your real losses, not assembled from assumptions about who you think your best customer is.
  • Signal library Every buying and risk signal that matters in your market, with the source and the check frequency recorded against each entry so it can be automated and audited.
  • Security architecture paper How data moves, where it rests, who can reach it and what the controls are, written for your technical and non technical stakeholders alike.
  • Data protection impact assessment A documented assessment of the processing you are introducing and the mitigations applied to it.
  • AI acceptable use policy A policy your staff can actually follow, setting out what they may do with AI, what they may not, and who decides.
  • Sub processor assessment for your sector Which third parties would touch your data, under what terms, and whether that is acceptable given the regulator and the clients you answer to.
  • Tooling audit across the commercial stack Everything you currently pay for, what it is genuinely used for, and the cancellable spend identified in writing.
  • Written AI operations roadmap The sequenced plan that implementation is then built against, so nothing gets built on a hunch.

02

Implementation

Once discovery is complete we build. What we build is decided by the roadmap, which means the solution is shaped by your needs rather than by our product catalogue.

Build

From £3,000

plus VAT, scoped against the roadmap

Bespoke dashboards

Metric display, data analytics intelligence and reporting built around the decisions you actually need to make, pulling from the systems you already run.

Automation systems

The repetitive, rules driven work that consumes hours each week, moved off your team and into systems that run reliably and log what they did.

Agentic builds

AI agents built inside your own systems that understand your process, hold the context of how your business works, and take specific tasks end to end.

Internal tools

The small, specific pieces of software your business needs and no vendor sells, built quickly and fitted to the way your people already work.

Implementation is quoted against the roadmap produced in discovery, so the figure reflects scope you have already seen and agreed. For the more technical builds we work with development partners who are members of the Claude Partner Network.

03

Training and Enablement

Delivered alongside discovery and implementation, because a system nobody knows how to use is not a transformation. We teach Claude Cowork in action, on your work.

Runs alongside

From £200

per hour, plus VAT

Up to 10 people

Training days are hands on and built around real tasks from your own business rather than generic exercises. Common ground we cover:

  • CRM triage
  • Email triage
  • LinkedIn
  • Soft skills
  • Excel and spreadsheet organising
  • File organising
  • AI as an executive assistant

Hourly

£200

per hour, plus VAT

For focused sessions, a single workflow, or follow up support after a full training day.

Most popular

Half day

£650

up to 10 people, plus VAT

Enough time to take a team through a working use case from their own business and leave them able to repeat it.

Full day

£1,200

up to 10 people, plus VAT

Multiple use cases across departments, with time to build and test alongside the team rather than only demonstrate.

All prices exclude VAT. Training can be booked on its own or built into a wider engagement. See upcoming events

Ongoing maintenance

Optional, and it exists for a real reason.

Once something is built it needs keeping alive. Underlying models change every few months and written instructions drift as they do. Maintenance is a genuine recurring requirement rather than a fee for access to your own systems, and if you would rather your own team handled it, the runbook is written so that they can.

What maintenance covers

  • Monitoring and fault resolution
  • Tuning instructions as the underlying models change
  • A named support channel
  • Minor additions and changes to what has been built
  • Working sessions with the people who run it day to day
  • Substantive new build and periodic leadership reviews at the higher levels
Optional

Maintenance

From £295

per month, plus VAT

Levels vary with what has been built and how much of it you want us to keep developing. Agreed with you once the build is scoped, not before.

Below a certain point the only thing being bought is fault resolution, which is why there is a floor rather than a token figure.

What you own at the end

There is no Astraeon software. That is deliberate.

Everything we build is configuration, written instruction sets and documentation held inside an account you buy, own and administer. Any bespoke tool built for you is yours. We charge for maintenance, not for access to your own systems.

  • Baseline metrics, agreed in writing
  • The ideal customer profile and the scoring rubric
  • The signal library, with sources and check frequencies
  • The security architecture paper, DPIA, acceptable use policy and sub processor list
  • The written AI operations roadmap
  • Every agent built during the engagementResearch, checking, scoring, drafting, orchestration, whatever your roadmap called for
  • Every dashboard, tool and automation built during the engagement
  • Templates, import mappings and custom fields created in your systems
  • The runbook and the change logHow to change something, how to add one, what to do when the output is wrong, and when to escalate
  • Trained people inside your own businessA primary and a deputy, so the capability never sits with one person
  • The AI tenant itself, on your own contract
  • Every output produced during the engagement

There is no software to install and no platform to be locked into. None of it stops working if the relationship ends. Maintenance is optional and priced separately, and it exists for a real reason: underlying models change every few months and written instructions drift as they do. If you would rather your own team handled that, the runbook is written so that they can.

At a glance

What it costs.

Discovery is a fixed price because the deliverables are fixed. Implementation starts from a floor and is quoted against the roadmap, because the build is bespoke by definition and we will not price work we have not yet scoped.

Assessment and discovery

£2,950

fixed price, plus VAT

Typically one to two weeks. Nine written deliverables including governance, DPIA, acceptable use policy, tooling audit and the AI operations roadmap.

Implementation

From £3,000

plus VAT

Dashboards, internal tools, automation systems and agentic builds, scoped and quoted against the roadmap discovery produced.

Training and enablement

From £200

per hour, plus VAT

£650 half day or £1,200 full day for up to 10 people. Available standalone or alongside an engagement.

Maintenance

From £295

per month, plus VAT

Optional. Keeps what has been built working as the underlying models change. Agreed once the build is scoped.

Everything is delivered as a fixed fee. If the work takes longer than expected, that is our problem and not yours. There is no time and materials exposure and no variation mechanism. Engagements typically run on a three month retainer, adjusted to what the business requires, and all figures exclude VAT.

Start with a conversation

Tell us where the hours go. We will tell you honestly whether AI is the answer.

Some processes should be automated. Some should be fixed first. Some should be left alone. A discovery conversation costs you nothing and will give you a straight view of which is which in your business.
