Astraeon.ai

AI adoption and automation for SME business

We transform how your business runs. Not just which tools it uses.

Most AI consultants recommend software and teach people to use it. We start somewhere else. We start by understanding how your business actually works, mapping the processes your team runs every day and finding where the friction sits. Then we digitise what is still manual, automate what is repetitive, and build the systems and agents that make the whole operation run more efficiently.

  • Baseline metrics agreed in writing before any build
  • Governance, DPIA and acceptable use policy included
  • Bespoke builds, never off the shelf tooling

What makes us different

Commercial acumen is the part most AI consultancies are missing.

Knowing what a language model can do is the easy part. Knowing which ten minutes of a sales person's day is worth automating, which report the board actually reads, and which process is quietly costing you margin, that takes operational experience. It is the reason our work changes numbers rather than just changing software.

Operators, not tool resellers

I spent two years consulting on and building an AI powered legal technology platform, then built AI automation into my own recruitment business before advising anyone else. We arrive understanding revenue, cost, capacity and process because we have carried them ourselves.

Bespoke, built around your process

Nothing here is a template. We build dashboards, tools, automation systems and agents that understand your specific workflow, your data and the way your team already works, so adoption does not depend on people changing their habits.

Governance from the first day

Security architecture, a data protection impact assessment, an acceptable use policy and a sub processor assessment for your sector are part of the foundation work, not an afterthought once something has already gone wrong.

Delivery backing

For the more technical automation builds, Astraeon.ai works with developers who are authorised and approved on the Claude Partner Network, Anthropic's official programme for firms certified to deploy Claude inside businesses. How we deliver

How we work

Three phases. Every deliverable written down.

We do not start building until we can both point at the same document and agree what good looks like. Foundation establishes the ground truth. Implementation builds against it. Training runs alongside both, so your team grows capability while the systems are going in.

01

Foundation and Governance

A structured discovery engagement that ends with a written, costed and prioritised view of where AI belongs in your business, and where it does not.

Assessment and discovery

£2,950

fixed price, plus VAT

Typically 1 to 2 weeks

  • Baseline metrics locked in writing The numbers as they stand today, agreed by both sides before a single change is made, so improvement can be measured rather than claimed.
  • Ideal customer profile and weighted scoring rubric Back tested against your real wins and your real losses, not assembled from assumptions about who you think your best customer is.
  • Signal library Every buying and risk signal that matters in your market, with the source and the check frequency recorded against each entry so it can be automated and audited.
  • Security architecture paper How data moves, where it rests, who can reach it and what the controls are, written for your technical and non technical stakeholders alike.
  • Data protection impact assessment A documented assessment of the processing you are introducing and the mitigations applied to it.
  • AI acceptable use policy A policy your staff can actually follow, setting out what they may do with AI, what they may not, and who decides.
  • Sub processor assessment for your sector Which third parties would touch your data, under what terms, and whether that is acceptable given the regulator and the clients you answer to.
  • Tooling audit across the commercial stack Everything you currently pay for, what it is genuinely used for, and the cancellable spend identified in writing.
  • Written AI operations roadmap The sequenced plan that implementation is then built against, so nothing gets built on a hunch.

02

Implementation

Once discovery is complete we build. What we build is decided by the roadmap, which means the solution is shaped by your needs rather than by our product catalogue.

Build

From £3,000

plus VAT, scoped against the roadmap

Bespoke dashboards

Metric display, data analytics intelligence and reporting built around the decisions you actually need to make, pulling from the systems you already run.

Automation systems

The repetitive, rules driven work that consumes hours each week, moved off your team and into systems that run reliably and log what they did.

Agentic builds

AI agents built inside your own systems that understand your process, hold the context of how your business works, and take specific tasks end to end.

Internal tools

The small, specific pieces of software your business needs and no vendor sells, built quickly and fitted to the way your people already work.

03

Training and Enablement

Delivered alongside discovery and implementation, because a system nobody knows how to use is not a transformation. We teach Claude Cowork in action, on your work.

Runs alongside

Training days are hands on and built around real tasks from your own business rather than generic exercises. Common ground we cover:

  • CRM triage
  • Email triage
  • LinkedIn
  • Soft skills
  • Excel and spreadsheet organising
  • File organising
  • AI as an executive assistant

Pricing

Published, not prised out of us.

Assessment and discovery is a fixed price because the deliverables are fixed. Implementation starts from a floor and is quoted against the roadmap discovery produced. Training is priced per session. Engagements typically run on a three month retainer, adjusted to what the business requires.

Sectors

The operational problems repeat. The context does not.

A recruitment desk, a dental practice and a logistics operation all lose the same hours to triage, chasing, reporting and rekeying. What differs is the regulator, the vocabulary and the system of record. We work across these sectors because the underlying commercial patterns carry, and we take the time to learn the rest.

Why this works

AI adoption fails for commercial reasons, not technical ones.

Pilots stall because nobody agreed what success would look like. Tools get bought and abandoned because they were never fitted to an actual process. Staff quietly go back to the old way because the new way was demonstrated once and never embedded. None of those are model problems. They are business problems.

That is why our foundation phase spends its time on metrics, process, spend and governance before anything is built, and why training runs in parallel rather than as a final handover. The technology is the straightforward part.

More about how we got here

Start with a conversation

Tell us where the hours go. We will tell you honestly whether AI is the answer.

Some processes should be automated. Some should be fixed first. Some should be left alone. A discovery conversation costs you nothing and will give you a straight view of which is which in your business.
